Job summary

ECCO is hiring a Third Keyholder in our United States retail team to support store leadership, drive sales, and uphold a world-class shopping experience. You will assist the Store Manager with merchandise and inventory control, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will train and develop the team, maintain ECCO policies, and act as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service and consistent selling skills. This role offers a quarterly bonus and comprehensive store benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop staff on selling and service standards.
• Strong communication and brand ambassador capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with merchandise and inventory management.
• Maintain operational and administrative excellence across the store.
• Provide training, coaching and professional development for the store team.
• Ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures.
• Set and communicate goals, and motivate employees to maximize potential.
