Swatch Group is seeking a proactive Keyholder/Lead Sales team member at our Charlotte, NC location. You will greet customers, apply product knowledge to build relationships, and strive to reach sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in a Key holder or lead sales role, a customer-centric approach, and strong teamwork. The role emphasizes in-store merchandising, stock replenishment, and delivering excellent service with a Smatch culture touch.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Key holder or lead sales position
• Driven to deliver superior service to customers
