Job summary

Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a reliable Keyholder to support daily store operations in Scottsdale, AZ. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help safeguard store assets while upholding the Southern Tide brand and customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with POS systems. You will build client relations, help merchandising, and participate in meetings to drive sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand by interacting and providing merchandise suggestions to the customers.
• Provide suggestions to management for merchandising which may improve sales.
• Build a personal client book.
• Learn the point-of-sale software system and be able to troubleshoot in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Use the system effectively to perform routine register transactions, inventory receiving and transfers, and opening/closing of registers and store.
• Learn, reference, and share current product knowledge with customers; provide prompt recommendations and professional service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Actively participate in store-related meetings, working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals.
• Operate the store consistently with prescribed company policies and procedures.
• Provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
