Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Keyholder for the Movado Company Store in Kittery, ME. You will drive sales, open and close the store, assist staff in reaching goals, and provide outstanding customer service.

The position offers an hourly rate starting at $17.00 plus commission on sales. You will help with inventory, CRM data entry, merchandising, and security procedures, while supporting watch servicing such as sizing and battery changes as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and experience in luxury or fashion retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Capture CRM data in accordance with company guidelines.
