Job summary

Goodwill Industries Manasota Inc in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Keyholder to help lead daily store operations, open and close the store, and support team members while promoting a positive, customer-focused environment.

You will oversee donation flow, inventory, and merchandising, ensure loss prevention and safety compliance, and model Goodwill’s values. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior retail or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
