Event Network, Inc. is hiring a Keyholder/Barista at Westin Nanea Ocean Villas in Hawaii. This role blends retail and café service to craft beverages, assist guests with merchandise, and support store operations including opening and closing procedures.

You will work with management to maintain service standards, meet sales goals, and create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Prior keyholder or barista experience is preferred, with a passion for coffee and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a keyholder, barista, or retail/food service associate preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong hospitality mindset.
• Passion for coffee, beverages, and guest experiences.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Experience with merchandising and visually appealing displays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety; Food Handler’s Card preferred.
• Must be 21+ for liquor sales where applicable.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items.

• Process transactions through POS and manage cash handling.
