Role Description

The Keyholder is a full-time, on-site role based in Corte Madera, CA, responsible for supporting daily store operations and providing an exceptional in-store experience. This role includes opening and closing the store, overseeing cash handling, and ensuring store policies and procedures are followed. The Keyholder will assist customers with product selection, share brand and product knowledge, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness. Day-to-day tasks also include driving retail sales, resolving customer concerns, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting team members to achieve performance goals. The Keyholder serves as a role model for service standards and helps foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers.
