Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Key West, FL. Start 10/26/2026, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts. ICU experience required; BLS/ACLS certifications expected.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience required.
• Current RN license valid per state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes quickly.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per ICU protocols.
• Operate advanced life support equipment and invasive monitoring.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU settings.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses timely.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Maintain infection control and participate in quality improvement.
