The expected wage range for this position is $18.50-20.50 per hour.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Key Trainer will train new warehouse associates and ensure that our processes are followed accurately. You will be responsible for training new associates on our picking, shipping, and putaway processes within our warehouse. This includes training new personnel on our processes, RF devices, Warehouse Management Software (WMS), our location naming conventions, product, and other warehouse functions as assigned. You will also conduct refresh training with experienced personnel. When not actively training or coaching, you will perform other warehouse functions including picking, shipping, or replenishment as required.

This role is based out of our Aurora, CO distribution center.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have prior experience in a warehouse environment
  • You are comfortable with order selecting using RF devices
  • You have prior experience in packing/shipping orders in a distribution center
  • You are willing and able to become forklift certified and to operate stand-up reach trucks and order picker forklifts
  • You can lift up to 50 pounds regularly and can stand all day (up to 8 hours)
  • You are a team player with demonstrated ability to coach and teach others on new processes and new techniques
  • Your interpersonal and communication skills are top notch! Others describe you as courteous and self-motivated
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes are among your strengths
  • You always adhere to safety measures and consistently follow policies, procedures, and standards of operation
  • You have a High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred, but not required:

  • You have previous experience with a forklift (stand-up reach truck or order picker forklift)
