Dunham's Sports is seeking a Key Team Leader (Key Holder) to join our store leadership team. The role carries keys, supports daily operations, and delivers exceptional service in a fast-paced sporting goods environment.

This position requires previous retail supervisory experience and knowledge of sports categories such as Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, and Exercise. Merchandising and administrative duties are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must have previous retail supervisory experience.
• Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics product knowledge required.
• Merchandising skills preferred.
• Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
