Signet Jewelers, operating Banter by Piercing Pagoda kiosks, is seeking a Key Sales Associate to positively impact customers by understanding needs, presenting merchandise, and promoting service plans and financing options.

You will collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals while potentially assisting Store/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. Base pay with commission and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
