KeyCorp is seeking a Trust Analyst to support trust administration for Institutional clients and beneficiaries. You will work within the Institutional Advisors team to protect fiduciary standards, attract and grow client relationships, and manage risks across assigned accounts.
The role emphasizes collaboration with the team, accurate cash forecasting, and proactive client communications to identify opportunities and deliver compliant, high-quality service.

The Trust Analyst provides trust administration support and fulfills fiduciary responsibilities by providing basic trust administration for Key's Institutional clients and their beneficiaries. While serving on the Institutional Advisors team, collaborates effectively and provides insights and solutions to attract, retain and grow clients. Actively manages institutional accounts, in accordance with established policies and procedures, to a high professional standard while managing fiduciary risk. Retains and deepens profitable client relationships within assigned revenue base. Where appropriate, may focus on an area of specialty trust expertise. Successfully identifies opportunities to enhance client relationships while using proper channel management.
Work Location Category Cleveland. Hybrid (3+ days in office)
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually.
Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
