Job summary

• Communicate equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors and technical personnel.
• Support equipment changeovers and preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and error resolution.
• Train and mentor new production operators.
• Promote and maintain 5S workplace organization standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Stop and start production equipment within operating guidelines.
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production equipment.
