Job summary

Fossil is seeking a Third Key Holder to support store operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will observe, coach, and motivate the team to align with daily business needs and sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience required, preferably in fashion retail
• Passion for upholding an exceptional internal and external customer experience
• Professional and sophisticated presence for the role

• Ability to build brand loyalty and help people succeed
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Collaborative with others, yet self-motivated and able to direct
