Job summary

Stoney Clover Lane is seeking a Key Holder in New York to support store leadership, drive sales, and ensure a standout guest experience on the sales floor. You will act as manager-on-duty as needed and help maintain brand standards while guiding team performance.

Responsibilities include product knowledge, clienteling, inventory tasks, and events support. This role offers part-time or full-time hours with health benefits for full-time staff.

• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor.
• Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment.
• Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships.
• Assist with events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives.
• Provide direction and support to team members during shifts.
• Open and close the store and act as manager-on-duty in the absence of leadership.

Role Overview

The Key Holder supports store leadership in daily operations and ensures a strong guest experience on the sales floor. This role acts as manager-on-duty when needed, supports team performance, and helps drive sales while maintaining brand and operational standards.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $19 – $22 per hour
• 20–24 hours/week for part-time positions
• 32–40 hours/week for full-time positions
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs and events
