Job summary

A&F Stores, Inc. is looking for a Key Lead in California who will ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. In this role, you will act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates while driving store performance and enhancing customer experiences.

Your schedule will vary, with at least 12-16 hours per week expected, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma and retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
