Job Description:

SupperClub SouthEnd is looking for seasoned restaurant leaders, passionate about creating amazing bar and dining experiences. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain an eye for detail, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a minimum of two years experience in a full-service, high-volume environment. Ultimately, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through superior service.

What we’re looking for:

1. Two years full-service restaurant experience, upscale/casual preferred
2. High Volume Bar Experience
3. Motivated individual with an eye for detail focused on enforcing policy and procedure
4. Experience in leading, training and motivating staff
5. Solid track record of success in previous roles, including demonstrated career growth
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
8. Evening and weekend availability. This is mainly a closing manager position. We are open until midnight Wednesday through Saturday and 10pm Sunday through Tuesday.
