Job summary

Scrubs & Beyond in Frisco, TX is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to assist the store leadership in achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership in achieving the store sales plan and performance targets.
• Support managing expense budgets, payroll control and procedural compliance for the store.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Take on management responsibilities when acting as the manager on duty, including coaching and training team members.
• Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
