Scrubs & Beyond in Minnesota is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership, drive sales, and deliver a standout guest experience. You will help develop strategies to meet goals and expand market share by serving group accounts and retail customers.

This role requires 1–2 years of retail or sales leadership, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to manage opening/closing duties and coaching team members.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of retail or sales leadership experience.
• Able to consistently hit personal and store sales goals.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; 15–29 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership in achieving sales plans and targets.
• Support managing budgets, payroll, and procedural compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maximize sales results.
• Coach and train team members when acting as manager on duty.
• Lead with the Kindthread Core Values and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and perform opening/closing duties.
