Job summary

DXL Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder to build long-term relationships with guests by delivering an unmatched shopping experience. You will serve as a product knowledge expert and coach team members in selling skills and store operations.

This role requires a high school diploma (college degree helpful but not required), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.46 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree helpful not required).
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time, asking questions to learn about needs and lifestyle.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell a broad range of apparel.
