The Key Holder Role

As a Keyholder, fashion that makes you feel good is at the core of what we offer our customers. We bring advice, inspiration, and technique, leading an elevated service environment in all areas.

• Enthusiastic communicator. Lead the customer service and upbeat environment.
• Visual merchandising. Lead new floor sets, replenishment of sales floor with new merchandise and roll out seasonal promotions and markdowns.
• Operational excellence. Lead inventory counts, actively reduce shortage & loss and be knowledgeable of all cashier functions. Keep up to date with all training modules and cross‑functional roles.
