Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales.
• Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and offer assistance to provide high-quality guest service.
• Practice suggestive selling to increase sales through open-ended questions.
• Remain knowledgeable about products, promotions, targets and KPI goals.
• Meet presentation standards, restock, rotate stock, and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow Event Network and hotel appearance and dress standards.
• Process transactions accurately in the cash register system.
• Complete store paperwork, reports, cycle counts, and opening/closing procedures.
• Recognize security risks and protect store assets.
• Comply with applicable laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with staff to achieve store goals and maintain a positive environment.
