Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and exemplary customer service in a prestige retail environment. You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to achieve targets while handling cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties as part of a rota.

Prior cosmetics retail and supervisory experience is preferred, with flexibility for retail hours.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient running of the store.
• Lead by example with outstanding coaching and mentoring to provide inspirational customer service to achieve sales targets.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and security routines.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis as required.
