Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable moving, standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote products.
• Assist management in store operations and driving sales.
• Serve multiple customers, multi-task and manage tasks efficiently.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Develop relationships and create outfit recommendations for customers.
• Communicate store information to management and teammates.
• Aim to meet sales and service metrics and participate in coaching.
• Plan tasks to meet customer and business needs; may lead others occasionally.
• Open or close the store as needed.
