As a Keyholder, you’ll be more than just a coffee expert — you’ll be a leader who sets the tone for our café. You’ll open and close the shop, support your team, and create experiences that brighten someone’s day (and maybe make their morning a little smoother).

What You’ll Do:

• Open and close the café, handle cash, and support daily operations

Physical Requirements:

This role is active and hands‑on — you’ll be on your feet for most of your shift, moving around the café and assisting customers. You should be comfortable:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs (coffee boxes, milk crates, etc.)
• Performing repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, and twisting
