La Vie en Rose in the United States is seeking enthusiastic sales staff to join a dynamic team. You will warmly welcome customers, help them locate products, and explain features of lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear while driving sales.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail or fashion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and help them find products.
• Explain features, materials, and fit; suggest complementary items.
• Assist in fitting room; be available to customers.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and backstore.
• Process transactions at the register and handle payments.
• Share top product picks and respond to inquiries.
• Follow store policies and procedures.
• Support team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, FULL TIME

HOURLY SALARY : $15.25 - $18.00
