Job summary

New York or Nowhere is seeking a Key Holder to lead the sales floor, support daily operations, and step in as the Manager on Duty to keep the store running smoothly.

You will drive results, deliver outstanding customer service, and coach associates during shifts while ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards. This role involves opening/closing duties and inventory support.
