Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. in Miami is seeking a motivated in-store leader to deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide a sales team through daily targets. You will coach teammates, support merchandising, and manage inventory to ensure smooth store operations and brand consistency.

The role requires at least two years in sales, strong communication, autonomy, and a passion for helping athletes. This is a full-time in-store position with opportunities for growth, teamwork, and community

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class in store experience as an individual employee and floor leader.
• Provide feedback and coaching to your team to deliver the daily sales plan.
• Support with visual merchandising sets and moves.
• Accurately and efficiently receiving and processing inventory.
• Support store projects and brand initiatives.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with your team and store leadership.
• Open and close the store as the store leader, adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
• Attend monthly group tennis lessons.
• Support in community activations and ambassador relationships.

What You'll Do

The pay range for this role is $22.00-$25.00 at the time of this posting.
