The Opportunity

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder manages and promotes sales culture within a retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning and expense control. Ensures a high customer experience aligned with Psycho Bunny’s values and service standards.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

1. Build a loyal customer base through engagement and capturing contact information.
2. Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of team members.
3. Maintain and communicate product knowledge among team members.
4. Control payroll and schedule to optimize profitability and service quality.
5. Analyze customer data and market trends to drive business.
6. Manage loss prevention strategies.
7. Achieve inventory and shrink goals, oversee physical inventory.
8. Manage merchandise processing and communicate opportunities to the store manager.
9. Ensure visual standards and store presentation meet brand standards.
10. Maintain OSHA compliance for a safe working environment.
11. Support other duties as assigned by the store manager.
