Job summary

Aur Brands is seeking a reliable Key Holder to lead by example and deliver a guest-first experience in our Franklin, TN store. You’ll support store operations, coach teammates, and help execute merchandising and sales goals when leadership is away.

You’ll need prior retail experience with leadership or keyholder responsibilities, be 18+, and flexible for evenings, weekends, and travel for training as our brand expands across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required; leadership/keyholder background preferred.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible for evenings, weekends, and travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Act as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Lead/Assistant Lead.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Deliver a personalized, guest-first experience on the sales floor.
• Coach and motivate associates to meet daily goals.
• Assist with merchandising, floor sets, and maintaining a clean store.
• Process transactions, online orders, and incoming merchandise.
• Support leadership in driving sales and promoting events.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Previous retail experience required; leadership/keyholder experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, squatting, and reaching
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for training
