Uptown Cheapskate Charlottesville is seeking a Team Lead to manage store operations and lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service on-site in Charlottesville, Virginia. This full-time role includes supervising daily activities, training staff, managing inventory, coordinating promotions, and promoting sustainability in the community; evenings and weekends required.

Role Overview:

As a Team Lead at Uptown Cheapskate, you will be responsible for managing store operations and leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with team members to ensure a welcoming and organized shopping experience, while promoting a culture of teamwork and value. Whether you work on-site, you'll have the opportunity to influence store performance and customer satisfaction positively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and a positive shopping atmosphere.
2. Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
3. Assist in managing inventory, including sorting, pricing, and merchandising items effectively.
