Job summary

Everything But Water is located on King Street in Charleston and seeks a Key Holder to support the Store Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand standards. This role partners with Associates to uphold operations and sales goals.

The position requires availability nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on creating a confident shopping experience and strong product knowledge for every guest.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write).
• Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; climb a ladder; lift a minimum of 10 pounds.

Position Location: King Street

The Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service. Partnering with all Associates to support the Company’s customer service model, brand standards and operations is expected.
