Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Key Holder in Brentwood to support the Store Management team in creating a customer-centric environment and to uphold the brand standards and operations. You will partner with associates to deliver exceptional service and drive the company’s selling model.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, supervise sales staff when needed, maintain cleanliness and visual presentation, and align daily actions with sales goals and company

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking eight hours, climbing a ladder, lifting at least 10 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Position Location: Brentwood

The Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service. Partnering with all Associates to support the Company's customer service model, brand standards and operations is expected.
