Key Customer Manager – South West and South Wales

Function:On Trade
Location:Field Based – South West and South Wales

Salary:£48,000 - £58,000 base depending on experience plus full list of benefits listed below

There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a apply for our Key Customer Manager in the South West and South Wales Region, covering Bristol, Bath, Exeter, Plymouth, Southampton down to Devon & Cornwall and up to Newport, Cardiff & Swansea.

About the role
The Key Customer Manager helps executes and deliver the agreed Joint Business Plan, delivering the budgeted volume, Revenue and FGP of a portfolio of some of our key South West and South Wales Accounts.

In this role, you’ll manage the commercial relationship with one of our most influential customer bases. You’ll determine the strategic context underpinning the trading relationship & seek to maximize product mix, brand distribution and NPI within their customer base, always looking for opportunities for delivery of value share growth.

Reporting into the Customer Development Director you’ll be responsible for growing the visibility and availability of HUK in your customers account base to ensure compliance to their agreements. You’ll also manage the contracts, ongoing and new agreements and be fully responsible for the P&L.

This is a pivotal role in the On-Trade, you’ll interact closely with the rest of the sales team in South West & South Wales to ensure a joined up approach when dealing with the customers in the region.

About the Candidate
We’re looking for someone that’s analytically minded, but with the ability to build and grow relationships and implement strategic initiatives. With strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, you will have the ability to work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders. Your ability to plan and implement plans will help you gain a real commercial advantage.
