We are seeking a customer service focused key clerk at Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino & Resort in Murphy, NC. We provide first-class parking services and seek friendly, outgoing individuals with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds all expectations. We provide valet parking services seven days a week. Shifts: Days/Nights, Overnight, Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays What your work will consist of: Interacting with guests and providing the hospitality and service required by the hotel. Multi-task and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment Maintain proper records of valet transactions. Accurately take payment for any services. Work collaboratively with the valet team and supervisors to ensure prompt service for the guests. Maintaining an immaculately clean valet room for appearance and safety. Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and employees. Perform ancillary duties as directed.
