Job summary

Cavender’s in Brandon, Florida is seeking a Key Carrier to join the Store Management Team. You will support Cavender’s culture, help run daily operations, open/close, assist customers, and guide team members to drive sales storewide.

You will stay active in sales, train associates, keep the store clean and well-presented, enforce policies, participate in loss prevention, and act as Manager on Duty to supervise shifts and maintain a safe, efficient shopping environment.

The Key Carrier is a member of the Store Management Team. They support the company’s culture and values while helping run the store day-to-day, including opening/closing, assisting customers, and guiding team members to drive sales storewide. They stay actively involved in sales, work toward goals and help train associates. They ensure the store is clean, organized and operates efficiently while following company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hour
