Job summary

The Refinery, an entertainment marketing agency, is seeking a designer to support Art Directors and Creative Directors in developing key art for film and TV campaigns.

You'll build and refine comps in Photoshop using provided assets and explore generative AI tools to inform concept development.

This role blends traditional design with cutting-edge AI workflows in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Strong design eye and passion for film and television.
• Portfolio demonstrates Photoshop and design skills.
• Curiosity about AI and new creative tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Google Drive.
• Familiarity with a generative AI image platform.
