Key Accounts Manager (Facilities) - National

Location: National (ideal home base Sheffield area). Sites located in Norwich, Derby, West Yorkshire, Blackburn, and York.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE).

Are you a results-driven leader who thrives on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial success? We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee one of our newest contracts, managing Soft FM services, inspiring teams, and driving performance across 6 sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Own the client relationship: Be the go-to contact for a high-profile, multi-site account.
  2. Deliver outstanding FM services: Cleaning, security, catering, vending, and maintenance.
  3. Lead from the front: Inspire, manage, and grow high-performing teams.
  4. Drive financial performance: Take full P&L responsibility and meet key commercial targets.
  5. Grow the account: Identify new opportunities and support retention strategies.
  6. Ensure compliance: Champion health & safety and regulatory standards across all sites.
What You Bring
  • Strong FM background delivering Soft services.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-site operations at an account management level.
  • Solid P&L experience with a focus on cost control and financial performance.
  • Confident communicator skilled in building senior client relationships.
  • Inspirational leader focused on team development and engagement.
  • Commercially savvy with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience delivering change or transformation projects.
  • Relevant FM or management qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IWFM, ILM).
