Job summary

VTech is seeking a Supply Chain Account Manager in the United States to oversee forecasts and demand planning for key national accounts and coordinate with manufacturing. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and overseas teams to ensure forecast accuracy and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing forecast processes, analyzing POS trends, preparing variance reports, and coordinating S&OP to align supply with demand. Hybrid work arrangement is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in forecasting within retail or consumer goods environments.
• CPFR, financial forecasting and inventory management experience required.
• Strong data analytics and ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage the forecast process with sales to align monthly forecasts with strategy.
• Analyze POS, shipment trends and inventory to develop forecasts and explain variances.
• Incorporate promotions into forecast and assess lift to plan future demand.
• Create and maintain weekly/monthly forecast reports and KPIs.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and coordinate with supply planning.
• Monitor in-stock levels and adjust forecasts to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Incorporate product life cycles and special programs into the demand plan.
