Sandoz Key Account Specialist, Generics

Location

Remote; candidates must reside within the designated geography. No relocation offered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed business plans for assigned accounts, supporting national strategies.
  • Grow business within assigned accounts by promoting GPO awarded products and expanding non-GPO business through backup contracts.
  • Identify decision-maker networks, assess needs, and build long-term customer partnerships.
  • Balance short-term demands with long-term priorities, liaising with internal teams during contracting.
  • Prepare for and conduct successful negotiations, managing compliance risks.
  • Monitor industry trends and leverage insights to identify new business opportunities and emerging solutions.
  • Analyze and communicate performance metrics to internal teams.
Qualifications
Essential
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • 5 years healthcare sales experience
  • 2 years institutional/hospital experience
Desirable
  • 2 years experience with Generic Injectables
Travel & Other Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25-75%
Benefits & Compensation

Competitive salary range: $93,800 - $174,200 USD/year, with potential bonuses and benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Salary may vary based on location, experience, and market conditions.
