Job summary

Beltservice Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Key Account Specialist to join our Earth City, MO headquarters’ customer service team. You will support dedicated customers with order status, pricing, and product information, focusing on building strong relationships in the industrial sector.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in industrial or B2B sales, experience with Microsoft D365, and a high school diploma. Employee benefits include a comprehensive package and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in industrial sales, inside sales, B2B or distributor sales.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365) highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service support for dedicated customers on order status, product information, account status, pricing, product or service.
• Build strong relationships with distributors or OEMs to serve identified key customers on product recommendations for simple and complex orders.
• Prepare quotes and orders using the Microsoft D365 ERP system.
• Work closely with Sales Operations/Customer Service Managers, Plant Managers, and Product Group Managers to better serve customer needs.
• Organize and audit daily production paperwork related to sales goals and deadlines.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Key Account Specialist to join our customer service team at our Earth City, MO headquarters.

Job Summary

The Key Account Specialist will serve on a team that provides full-service support for dedicated customers for all requests regarding order status, product information, account status, pricing, product, or service. Qualifications:

• 3-5+ year of industrial sales; inside sales, customer service, B2B or distributor sales.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft D365) highly preferred.
• High school diploma / GED equivalent required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• "Expert" practical knowledge of product and customer applications.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of a company and with customers
• "Expert" level experience working in a Microsoft environment, with all Customer Service tools.
• Competitive starting hourly rate ($30.00-$33.00/hour) with annual bonus potential.
