About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Key Account Manager in South Korea to lead and grow our strategic partnerships within the Web3 and Gaming ecosystems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing high-value relationships with top-tier clients including game studios, guilds, exchanges, infrastructure providers, and blockchain projects. Your goal will be to ensure long-term engagement and mutual success through a deep understanding of the evolving Web3 landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture key partnerships with major Korean clients in the Web3, Exchange, and gaming sectors.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its Korean partners, ensuring strong and trusted relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration, co-marketing, and technical integration to drive mutual value.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and partner success.
  • Track partner performance, manage renewals, and prepare regular business reviews and strategic updates.
  • Stay current on Web3 trends, gaming innovations, and Korean market dynamics to advise both internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Represent the company at Korean industry events, conferences, and community meetups.

Requirements

  • Native-level Korean fluency (written and spoken) and professional-level English; Chinese speaking is a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in key account management, partnerships, or business development in gaming, Web3, or tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, token economies, NFTs, or GameFi preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and communicate effectively across cultures and teams.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and partnership reporting.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Layer1/Layer2 blockchains, launchpads, wallets, or NFT marketplaces.
  • Existing network within the Korean crypto or gaming communities.
  • Background in project management or ecosystem growth in Web3.
