Key Account Manager Vaccines – Skåne

Are you passionate about making an impact on public health in Sweden? We are looking for a driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Vaccines Business Unit. In this field-based role, you will develop and execute strategic account plans, build strong relationships with various healthcare providers and drive the uptake of our vaccine portfolio. Your key focus will be on vaccination initiatives for HPV-related and pneumococcal diseases.

Your district will cover southern Sweden (Skåne, Halland, Kronoberg, Blekinge, Kalmar) and candidates must therefore reside in one of these regions to effectively engage with local healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer engagement: Establish and lead trusted relationships with relevant healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and challenges, and developing services and solutions to overcome these.
  • Account strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans based on in-depth understanding of market trends and customer needs to drive growth and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and seminars to share insights about our vaccine portfolio, latest recommendations, and emerging trends, helping others understand the vaccination landscape better.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize impact with a data-driven approach.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and brand access.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business (Sales/Marketing) or other relevant fields (e.g., medicine, pharmacy, life sciences).
  • Preferably > 3 years of work experience from a customer-facing role within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • LIF certification required.
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish healthcare system, specifically in primary care.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey ideas and information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
