About the Role

Locations: Chicago IL, Dallas TX, Parsippany NJ, Atlanta GA, Orlando FL, Columbus OH, Portland OR, Los Angeles CA, or San Francisco CA

We are seeking a savvy Key Account Manager to lead profitable growth for the Reckitt Professional portfolio, including brands like Lysol and Finish. You will build and maintain strong B2B relationships with wholesale partners, manage relationships with leadership and category merchants, and collaborate with brand champions, embodying our core values of Ownership, Entrepreneurship, Partnership, and Achievement.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Account Management: Build impactful relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Relationship Building: Establish strong connections within wholesale customers to implement business objectives.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Collaborate with Re-Distributor Sales reps to identify opportunities and close distributor deals.
  4. Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, implement strategic plans, and track progress.
  5. Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling business reviews and presentations at all levels.
  6. Collaboration: Work with the Customer Marketing team on sales, marketing programs, and media plans.
  7. Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
  8. Reckitt Brand Stewardship: Understand our hygiene brands and product efficacy.
  9. Financial Acumen: Support forecasting and trade investments through internal business reviews.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of industry sales experience
  • Experience with Re-Distribution/Wholesale preferred
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
  • P&L management and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed

This role does not currently sponsor visas or consider international movement.
