As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable sales with key customers forMars?, home to some of the world’s most beloved brands ? ?. This role requires a dynamic relationship-builder and results-oriented strategist who can execute winning customer plans that deliver across key levers: revenue, profit, assortment, shelving, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • Proven success managing retail key accounts
  • Proven experience with eCommerce customers (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, Nielsen data, and trade management systems ?
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% ?
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record ?
  • A strong love for pets ?ྀི ⋆?° ᡣ?
What will be your key responsibilities?

Create and execute customer solutions that drive profitable sales growth across seasonal events, product placement, shelving, merchandising, and pricing—aligned with customer objectives, category leadership, and company goals
Influence customers by delivering fact-based presentations that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes
Lead new product launches with timely and effective execution to maximize customer impact
Ensure accurate forecasting and follow-through on all agreed solutions with customers
Manage customer trade funds in compliance with internal and external requirements, continuously improving the effectiveness of spending
Provide customers with relevant category insights and make strategic recommendations for growth. Collect and share customer feedback along with potential solutions
