General Description:
Under the direction of the Commercial Director Austria, this individual will be responsible for maximizing BeOne's products in the served territory. The Key Account Manager (KAM) implements the marketing strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget. Additionally, the KAM supports and advises key account customers in the territory in an open-minded, honest, and appreciative manner.
Responsible Area - Österreich West (Salzburg, Tirol, Vorarlberg)
Essential Functions of the job:
- Build and enhance the BeOne image/brand awareness in the hemato-oncology market within the territory.
- Provide scientific advice, education, and support to medical hemato-oncologists and hospital pharmacists.
- Achieve regional sales goals and qualitative performance targets as agreed with the Commercial Director.
- Develop, implement, and execute commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with key customers.
- Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Customer Engagement, and other functions to identify, plan, and execute projects supporting drug distribution, awareness, and implementation.
- Organize and execute local symposia and workshops with key customers.
- Participate in and support customers at local, national, and international meetings and symposia.
- Maintain compliance with all activities, ensuring the highest standards of patient-focused ethical conduct aligned with company values.
- Operate in accordance with BeiGene’s Standards of Conduct, local laws, policies, manuals, global standards, and SOPs.
- Report adverse events, special situations, and pharmaceutical quality complaints within 24 hours.
Qualifications
- Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience, including pharmacy and health economics.
- At least 5 years of qualified experience as a commercial representative in the hemato-oncology market or similar roles.
- Desirable: Experience and knowledge of hospital markets.
- Specific knowledge and network in hemato-oncology, especially with key customers in relevant indications.
- Understanding of drug distribution structures and channels, with a focus on hospitals and hospital pharmacies.
- Strong alignment with BeiGene’s values and mission.

- Motivated, solution-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously through on-the-job experience, coaching, and training.

- Language skills: Intermediate English, fluent or native German.
- Willingness to travel (minimum 60% customer-facing activities), valid driver’s license.
