Job Title: Key Account Manager/ End-User S&S Office & Industry (h/f)

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager/ End-User S&S Office & Industry to join our Commercial Systems and Services Office & Industry team in Romania.

As a Key Account Manager/ End-User S&S Office & Industry, you’ll be responsible for System & Services opportunities in close collaboration with the local market team as well as developing and maintaining long-term sustainable and profitable sales of Signify Lighting solutions from targeted and strategically aligned End User customers on a national basis.

What you’ll do

  1. Support and develop System & Services opportunities with the local market team.
  2. Develop meaningful strategic relationships with targeted corporate key accounts in the Office, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Education, and Healthcare sectors.
  3. Use your consultative selling and communication skills to become the trusted advisor of your contacts and accounts.
  4. Strive to develop all key accounts to a level that Signify provides the majority of their lighting needs based on our innovative Systems and Services propositions, adding true value to our customers.
  5. Deliver annual revenue and profit results while increasing customer satisfaction.
  6. Drive innovation and use the full scope of propositions Signify has to offer to add value to our customers.

Your qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business management/economy/technology.
  2. 3+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced technology/industry domain.
  3. 5+ years of proven track record in sales target achievements.
  4. 5+ years in different sales & business assignments with the ability to influence in a complex stakeholder field.
  5. 5+ years in market/customer facing operations with complex ecosystems.
