Fisher Dynamics is currently seeking a Key Account Manager within our corporate team in Saint Clair Shores, Mi. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with the customer, and potentially other OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned account(s), ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, managing projects, and driving revenue and profitability through strategic account development.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales and relationship management skills with financial and technical acumen of the automotive industry, manufacturing processes, product knowledge, financial metrics, and customer requirements.
Experience with Ford Motor Company is preferred. Experience in Automotive Seating is required.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field required.
Experience
5-7 Years of experience in account management within the automotive industry
Experience with Automotive Seating Required
Experience with Ford Motor Company preferred
Skills
Ability to manage customer relationships
Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing, OEMs, Suppliers, and Industry standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
