  • 7+ years of experience in successfully delivered key account management, strategic account sales, customer success, infrastructure, or complex B2B environments with long sales cycles.
  • Strong capability in building long-term customer relationships, stakeholder management, and turning customer insight into structured account plans.
  • Experience in strategic account planning and stakeholder management, with a consultative sales approach, strong CRM discipline and forecasting capability.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and customer organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel domestically when needed, around 50‑70% of the time.

It is considered a plus if you have:

  • Experience within aviation, airport infrastructure, industrial technology, or other complex project‑based or service‑oriented industries.
  • Familiarity with US airport customers, FAA funding and procurement environments, airfield construction, EMAS/airfield safety, or long‑term service and aftermarket agreements.
  • Formal training in key account management, CRM, negotiation, customer‑success methodology.
  • Additional language skills relevant to US airport customers and partners, such as Spanish.
We offer
