Job Title: Key Account Liaison, Respiratory - West-Central

Location: Remote/Field

As a Sanofi Key Account Liaison, you serve as a field-based partner (non-sales) and trusted advisor to high-value healthcare accounts, driving long-term engagement, operational excellence, and business growth. You act as the connective tissue between internal teams and external stakeholders, enabling seamless execution and value delivery across the customer lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central liaison for all communications and coordination related to the account

  • Build relationships with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and executive levels within Key Accounts (Top 5% Health Systems)

  • Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout engagement lifecycle

  • Provide strategic insights and feedback from accounts to inform headquarters team of opportunities for deep engagement and partnership

  • Translate customer insights into actionable feedback, contributing to commercial strategy, product innovation, and market positioning

Enable Cross-Team Collaboration for Account Engagement
  • Enable alignment and strategic execution across field teams to ensure cohesive and impactful customer interactions

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Solutions Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, etc.) to support project execution and pull-through at Health Systems at appropriate steps of engagement process.

  • Identify and remove barriers to collaboration to drive efficiency and accountability across teams

Own Account Profiling and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Execution
  • Own the development of comprehensive account profiles capturing strategic priorities, stakeholder mapping, and growth opportunities

  • Analyze performance metrics, utilization trends, and customer feedback to generate insightful, data-driven QBR that inform strategic planning, content development, and engagement recommendations

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key internal stakeholders, tracking follow-ups and ensuring progress and continuous improvement in account engagement.

  • Maintain a dynamic view of account health and engagement, leveraging CRM tools and dashboards to monitor progress and inform future initiatives

About You

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree

  • A minimum of five years of work experience in one or more of the following: field sales, product marketing, or medical or clinical experience in the same or related therapeutic area within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

  • Respiratory or biologic marketplace experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree

  • Launch experience

  • Marketing experience

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision of success

  • Ability to execute against strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines

  • Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong project management experience, including superior analytical and planning skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Special Working Conditions:
  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to travel 50 - 60 percent

  • Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary.

  • Must work within label, and regulatory and legal compliance guidelines

The salary range for this position is: $122,250.00 - $203,750.00
